Absolutely! The only people that will have knowledge of your case will be Sound Mind Investigations personnel and YOU! In some instances, your
attorney may need to be informed of your investigative situation.

2. Is the retainer part of the actual cost of an investigation?

YES!  Most people think a "retainer" is an additional cost that is not included in the actual fee of the investigation. At Sound Mind Investigations, your retainer fee is used as a "down payment" toward the cost of your case.

3. How do we get started?

It is as simple as setting up an appointment! Sound Mind Investigations will
take care of the rest!


4. How long does an investigation last?

Each case varies depending on the situation and the surroundings of your case. It is much easier, for example, to conduct surveillance in an urban setting than in a rural setting. A rural setting may need to use more resources than an urban setting. Also, most attorneys are looking for consistency and continuity in ALL types of cases. It is very important for the client to maintain consistent communication throughout the entire investigation. It is also important to maintain the same type of communication with your attorney.
